During my first month at R&R partners, I was approached to spearhead the brand identity project for one of R&R's employee organized groups, ouRRvoice. 

Mission Statement: OuRRvoice is a committee focused on the amplifying, empowering and inspiring of Black voices within our agency and surrounding communities. Through support, training, and community outreach, we hope that OuRRvoice will help us as an agency to foster new bonds, strengthen current relationships, and celebrate the differences and commonalities of Black Americans. Every day, we recommit to healing ourselves and each other as we strive together to create a more comfortable workplace, where all individuals are seen, heard, and supported with ease. Together, we are strong, we are bold, and we are brilliant--and this is ouRRvoice.
