Art direction for Miami Swim Week 2022 in conjunction with Art Hearts Fashion.

The Project

When thinking about ways to make our marketing stand out, I wanted to incorporate the whimsical, bold energy that the city of Miami exudes. Instead of focusing directly on imagery, I decided to gravitate more towards an illustrative approach. I used real images of Art Hearts Fashion runway looks and created a pop art-like identity.

I wanted each piece to be able to stand alone, and come together in an almost chaotic way. Bright colors, bold letters, and abstract nuances are really what made this campaign come to life.

The silhouette of the model's body while walking the runway seemed to be the more effective imagery to communicate the concept while remaining as abstract as possible.
