Created for ERA Real Estate’s national recruiting campaign, Move Up, this brochure was designed to capture the ambition and momentum behind the brand’s message — a visual representation of what it means to reach the next level.
I explored multiple design directions for the cover, each reflecting a different interpretation of “elevation.” Some leaned into bold, corporate energy; others expressed a more minimal and refined ascent through negative space and modern typography.
While the client ultimately selected a more traditional direction, my preferred concept embraced a cleaner, more editorial sensibility — symbolic of confidence without excess.
